The farmhouse Agricola Biologica Nico is an accommodation completely sourrounded by woods, cultivated fields, meadows and olive groves, between the Apuan Alps and Versilia Seaside, where the daily life passes in a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel as you lived in ages gone by.
The farm handles with the biological growing in accordance with the philosophy that the rainwater is stored and used the power of the sun and wood to heat 'homes and water, discharges purified using reeds, willows, iris and reeds. Holidays in farmhouse also wants to be an experience to spread the culture to environmental protection; so at your disposal you can find biologican and biodegardable products, waste collection, wood heating of which proposed a conscious use.
Among the services: the restaurant where you can taste local dishes made with products from the company, trekking trails, wood stove, hammocks and a large terrace.
Guests can also participate in various activities (the day of bread, jam and tomato puree).
Pets are allowed.
Apartments prices incude consumption of electricity, water, gas and final cleaning; bed linens and bath towels as well as the' use of wood-burning oven, barbecue and garden equipment. < br> The week starts on Saturday, arriving after 16:00, and ends the following Saturday morning by 11:00.
During June, July and August give priority to weekly bookings.
Children under 2 years will not pay anything for children between 2 and 10 years the reduction is 30%.
The cost for breakfast is 5 € per person ( already included in the rooms rates ).
The cost of dinner is approximately 20 Euros, for special requests, the price may vary from 25 to 30 euros; please book in advance.

The Farm has 2rooms and 1 apartment called Lupino furnished in a cosy traditional style.
Lupino offers a double bedroom a bathroom, a laundry, a wide sitting room with cooking facilities and a fire place and extra beds if required.
The Borlotto bedroom is a double spacious and comfortable room with ensuite bathroom; the Cannellino room has a views of the hills that surround the farm, it remains intimate and friendly and has a shared bathroom. Possibility of additional beds for children in the rooms.

From our Agriturismo it is easy to reach important historical tourist and sea centres: Lucca at 15 Km Versilia's coast (Pietrasanta and Massa Carrara) at 18 Km Garfagnana’s mountains at 35 Km Firenze at 80 Km Pisa at 45 Km A supermarket, post office, bank, petrol station, a newspaper shop, a laundry , two food shops, a bakery, a butcher's, estate agency, confectionary , clothes shop, hair dressers, pizza shops, chemistry, garages and a tyres shop are within 2 Km from our place.
