Tenuta La Sugheraia estate, surrounded by vineyards and fields, is located in the southern part of Tuscany, in the lee of the Monte Argentario promontory, between Porto Ercole and the ancient medieval tower of Talamone.
The services included in the fee are continental breakfast (which can be enjoyed in bed or in the garden), Italian newspapers, welcoming tasting of samples of the estate products, welcoming minibar, satellite tv, air conditioning, heating, babybed (for children up to the age of 3), summer and/or winter linen (bed linen, table linen and bath linen), beach towels, courtesy kit in the batrhrooms, hair dryers, soft bathrobes and luxury toiletries, free parking, daily cleaning, weekly change of linen, washing machine/dryer and private terrace and garden (for the apartments only). Special discount for all the guests in a closeby restaurant and in a thermal bath.

The Jr Suites feature bedrooms with antique and different furniture, raw linen curtains and bedspreds, someone other offering four-poster beds; the bathroom (all with bathtube and shower) with terry towels and bathrobes, courtesy kit, slippers and hairdryer. All are provided with sat tv, air conditioning/heating, wet bar, welcome basket with fruit and samovar.
The Suites, composed by bedroom with bathroom and spacious living room, are finely painted with pastel tones; sat tv, wet bar, samovar and kit for tea, welcome basket with fruits.
In the apartments a welcome basket with fresh fruits waits for the guests in a welcoming living room; kitchen, one or two double rooms (king size or twin beds and possible babybed) and one or two bathrooms (bathtube and big shower); linen, terry towels and bathrobes, hairdryer and slippers. Two extra beds can be added upon request in the living room; air conditioning, sat tv, wet bar. External private terrace at total disposal with table, beach umbrella and armchairs.

Tenuta la Sugheraia is situated in the heart of Maremma, in San Donato game preserve, 5 km far from the sea and close to natural parks (such as Maremma and Uccellina Parks), to nature reserves (such as Orbetello Lagoon) and to WWF oasis (three within a range of 15 km).
