Which is the difference between instant booking and booking on request?
If you reserve an instant booking property, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail from the hotel via the ViaggiareWeb.it system. This is enough. You won't receive any further confirmation because the reservation is already confirmed.
In case of booking on request you'll receive an email informing you that the property has received your request. You will receive an email within 48 hours either confirming or cancelling your request. If your reservation request should be cancelled, ViaggiareWeb will promptly send you a list of alternative offers.
Are the room rates I see on the web per person or per room?
All the rates are per room per night, except the ones “starting from” and “up to”, which are to be intended per person per night.
Do I have to pay any commission to ViaggiareWeb for my reservation?
How do I check if my reservation is confirmed?
You will immediately receive an e-mail confirming the reservation with all the details of the property you selected.
What can I do if I don't receive the confirmation voucher?
Each reservation is always followed by a confirmation voucher sent by e-mail. If you don't receive it, please call our booking centre at 0039 0744433524 (mon/fri, from 9am to 1pm and from 3 to 7pm; sat from 9am to 1pm) or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org asking for it (your surname will be enough to check if your reservation is actually present and confirmed in our database). In this case, we will be glad to send you the confirmation again.
When do I pay for my reservation?
To complete a reservation, you will be always asked the details of a credit card as guarantee; then, once in the property, you will be able to pay the total of your stay cash. Most of the hotels also accept credit cards as ways of payment.
I don't have a credit card: how can I make the reservation?
The credit card number and expiration to leave as guarantee can also belong to someone who won't eventually enjoy the reservation; you can ask these details to a relative or to a friend as well.
You can also ask the Booking Centre to go on with the reservation through a money bank transfer. ViaggiareWeb will check if the property you selected accepts money bank transfers as guarantee, and in this case you will be sent all the details (bank details, total to pay in advance, total to pay upon arrival, etc.) by e-mail.
How can I know check-in and check-out times?
Information concerning check-in and check-out are usually written in the pages of each property; if not, please ask to ViaggiareWeb booking centre by email (email@example.com) or calling the 0039 0744433524.
Please note that most of the bed & breakfast do not have a 24hrs reception service: the reason why we strongly suggest you to inform always upon your estimated time of arrival, both at the airport or at the property itself.
How can I get in contact with the property?
Four days before the check-in, you will receive an e-mail of reminder, i.e. a message with all the details of your coming reservation, where you will find the e-mail address and the telephone numbers (home and mobile) of the person in charge with the check-in.
How can I cancel the reservation?
When you make a reservation on line, you receive the confirmation voucher as well as the personal login & password by e-mail. To cancel your reservation please enter Viaggiareweb homepage and click on the Area Dedicated to Guests on the left side and fill in with your personal login & password. Then click on “List of hotel's reservations” and last on the “CANCEL” button appearing. You will immediately receive an automatic e-mail confirming the cancellation.
If you made your reservation through ViaggiareWeb Booking Centre and not directly on line, please call the 0039 0744433524 and ask for it to be cancelled.
What are the terms for cancellation without charge?
According to our cancellation policy is generally possible to cancel the booking with no penalty within 3 days before the check in day. Anyway some accommodations will apply their own cancellation policy that will be informed during the booking process and also informed in the confirmation voucher. It is possible to make cancellation within the time-limit informed, entering YOUR ACCOUNT area and filling the fields about login and password that has been informed by email ( object: Registration ). Cancellation of accommodations with different cancellation policy is possible following the instructions you will find in the confirmation voucher . Cancellations beyond that date will involve the customer in the payment of the expected penalty ( 35% of the total ammount or the ammount equal to the first night rate ); the accommodation will charge that ammount on the credit card informed as guarantee . In case of NO SHOW - you cancel the reservation the same check in day or should not arrive without previously inform it - the hotel will charge the ammount of the first night as compensation for the missing profit. PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE rooms will make an exception, as the rate will be charged from the credit card and they will be "not refundable" in case of cancellation or "no show".

How can I know if the room has en-suite bathroom?
All rooms have en-suite private bathroom. If not, you will find clearly written that it has an external or shared bathroom.
