Belmonte Vacanze offers characteristic flats according to the Tuscan style, all located inside the old farm-house which is more than 200 hectares big and confer to Belmonte Vacanze absolutely peacefulness and privacy .
The geographical position is extremely favourable and unique differently to other tourists frameworks in Tuscany. From on high of the large panoramic swimming pool, which is 350 m2 big and equipped with a fabulous hydro massage, you will spend quiet and remarkable days in absolute relax. Inside our area you will find a small thermal lake; the lovers of fishing can have fun in the picturesque streams and lakes.

Belmonte Farm Holiday has 29 flats, different in typology and measure.
The Apartments: Bilo (pax 3+2) approximately 45mq composed by one room with double bed + one single bed assistant, living room with king size sofa bed, tv-sat, kitchen and a bathroom.
Trilo (pax 4+2) of approximately 65mq composed by one room with double bed + one single bed assistant, one room with two single beds, living room with king size sofa bed, tv-sat, kitchen and bathroom.
Trilo plus (pax 5+2)* of approximately 80 mq is composed by two double rooms and an added bed, living room with king size sofa bed, tv-sat, kitchen and two bathrooms.
Quadri (pax 6+2)* of approximately 95 mq are composed by two double rooms and one single room or bed added on mezzanine (soppalco), with king size sofa bed, tv-sat, kitchen, one bathroom with bathtub and another with shower.
The apartments have independent entrance, balcony or private terrace. There are, of course, all the comforts you need: kitchenette with electric cook, washing machine, freezer, anti-fire system, antitheft. In every flat there are heating or air condition systems.

Belmonte is near to most important art cities, Firenze, Siena e Pisa; it's easy to reach us and from here to reach sites that are to be visited.
Spend a day in the majestic Firenze or in Pisa, to visit the famous leaning tower situated in Piazza dei Miracoli, take a walk by the picturesque streets of San Gimignano among the princely towers and its enclosing ancient walls, or savouring an aperitif in the medieval town of Volterra or in the famous Piazza del Campo in Siena.
Well my dear friend, all of this is possible thanks to the marvellous position of Belmonte Vacanze ; in fact you can reach San Gimignano, Volterra in twenty minutes by car, Florence, Siena and Pisa in about one hour, even Lucca and Vinci just to mention the most famous cities of art of Tuscany.
Therefore our guests are use to visit the Tuscan coast : seaside resort like Costa degli Etruschi with Cecina, Baratti, San Vincenzo beaches, or Versilia coast with Marina di Pisa, Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio. All these marvellous places are far only one hour and fifteen minutes by car from our residence Farm Holiday Belmonte.
